Our Team specializes in coordinating Townhome/HOA Projects. Most projects take a months to plan, and a week to
set-up. We notify homeowners 5-7 days before work begins, and we give our contact information to the homeowners to contact us with any questions. We pull the permits, bring in our equipment, set-up the authorized work space areas, and access points for homeowners. We also follow all City, State, and Federal laws, and also follow manufacturer specifications.
Homeowners are re-notified 1-2 days before work beings. We work everyday possible from start to finish. We communicate with the Property Manager and HOA Boards with daily/weekly updates. We use specialized mobile dump trailers on most of our projects. Our mobile dump trailers help project 'space coordination', so we can keep the big dumpsters further away from the buildings, so there is less inconvenience to the homeowners.
We have supervisors onsite during our projects to be able to answer any homeowner questions. The supervisors are continually reviewing the work being completed, and coordinating the materials, workflow, and staff. We coordinate our vehicles, equipment, and materials on the jobsite throughout the project. Space management is very important, and keeping a clean jobsite that is clean and organized at the end of every day makes homeowners happy.
We inspect our work twice once complete. We have 2 of our Managers inspect our completed work, before the final inspection with the Property Manager or HOA Member.
We also provide repair services for Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows, Decks, or any other repairs you need. If you have a leak, or other issue, call us and we can make a high quality repair for you. We can analyze your situation and find a solution to the issue quickly.
